Kadic'd dormitories - the beds!

Have you noticed how ugly and low the beds at Kadic's dormitory are? They look far too uncomfortable!

They look far better than any dorm beds I've ever seen. They actually have ehadboards, and a matress that isn't paper-thin. They have it well off at Kadic. Real drom beds are institutional-type matresses with metal bed frames - no creature comforts wahtsoever. Take it from me, the college kid who had to sleep on one of them for a year.

It's all very scientifical. |D

Never mind the beds, what are the laundry arrangements?

I was actually thinking the exact same thing.

As for the beds at Kadic, yeah I will add my own testimony to Stone Creek's that college dorm beds are unbearable in many circumstances, although at my university, they are relatively nice, but still paper thin and metal frames and springs structure.... but we do have paperboard headboards...... anyway They have it ridiculously well at Kadic, especially for Junior High Schoolers.

The Kadic beds look nice enough to me - I slept in a similar bed for a year at Lancaster University and I got some of the best sleep of my life in it :)

I have a better chance of getting to sleep in my rickety computer chair than my soft double bed :snoring:

I fell asleep in my bathtub when I was 6....that was comfy! And I didn't drown...

From what I've seen at my brother's dorm at college the bed looks like it's been through the war. It is comfy (I sat on it) but it's really worn out.

At least Kadiac's beds look decent...

I know! I stayed at a college for a weekend at Steubenville, Ohio, for a religious retreat, and the matresses weren't that uncomfortable. In fact, I have a matress similar to the Kadic Matresses (only for sleepovers and such). It's pretty comfortable!

You finally got laid? Yay, I won my $50 on the BKO bets.

Okay, maybe I'm wrong.

Seriously, there's nothing like sleeping on your own bed.

Actually, if he has, you've lost.

Ya I noticed how uncomfortable they look. o__O; I'd probably never be able to sleep in them. Cuz I like, roll around in my sleep a lot and I'd probably end up with a broken arm in the morning xD;

Believe it or not, you would be surprised at how much one can sleep in conditions that they are not used to having. Especially after you get some time to adjust to them.

Unfortunately, I get this feeling that this should not really be in this area. I know it is a Lyoko related topic, but we are really only discussing dorm beds themselves.... but I digress.

It doesn't really seem to affect Odd's ability to sleep, nor Ulrich, or even Aelita's or Jeremie's (not that he really sleeps that much anyway)

Well think odd can anywhere.think about living onborad a ship the only space you van call yourself is you bed which is only enough space for you to sleep in .You not even got room to get changed in the morning .AThe worst thing about it when it is battlestations think about it( Now what rises out of bed and smashes his/her head off the bulkhead justliy knock him'herself out.)
