Yeah, I agree. Tricky thing: Change it enough to keep things interesting, but not so much it stops being the show.

And neither of them suck. I think we should allow some more running time to Code Lyoko.

I'm not so sure about this... with a show like CL you never know how bad/good it'll get the longer it drags on... I don't think season 5+ is a good idea, IMHO.

If the guys over at Moonscoop seriously improved the character development and expanded on the storyline, then a season 5 might be just what this show needs. Otherwise, I'll be glad to see the conclusion this season. *gets really nervous* What will happen to Lyoko Freak? I just got here!

I don't see season 5 or anything above that being sucessful but Moonscope could pull it off. The increasing fanbase and the upcoming game for the Wii could increase demand to a level where finishing at season 4 doesn't seem like an option anymore. I don't really mind which way it goes but I won't be saying no to more episodes

Exactly - unless Orson Scott Card is hired as a writer for CL, I see little hope for the series beyond Season 4. Future seasons mean new characters, but maybe past characters like Samantha, Taelia, and Theo will come to light.

Also, I find it extremely awesome that Code Lyoko is in 160 countries...heh heh! We're worldwide!

We've barely scratched the surface of Season 4 and you're already leapfrogging it to the next step!

Shouldn't we wait until we know if the new season is good or not before deciding if an S5 is nessecary?

I mean, come on people! If it wraps it up really nicely at the end, what's the point of having an S5? All it would do is reopen old wounds, and it would be annoying if it did that.

So let's just wait a little for S4 to grow a bit, alright? THEN pass all the judgement you want.

Well, if you notice, a lot of us go to BKO, General Discussion, Rant, etc. I mean lots of us discuss CL, but lots of us go onto other forums. So, I think we'll be fine. :]

I dunno, S5 could be slighty pushing it. I mean, like Sithking said, we've only just started S4 and S4 has what? 30 episodes by itself already. 30 episodes, I think is enough to neatly wrap everything up without too much yelling from the fans.

S5....I mean unless there's a major plot line that doesn't get resolved in S4 like....Yumi does indeed go back to Japan right when the fight's about to be over. With a missing member of the team and Xaniliam still at large, the Lyoko Warriors need to find some way to keep the fight going. -Shaddup, I made it up for sake of conversation- [That could potentially lead to a new member :O!] And then S5 is all about them dealing with that with Yumi coming back at like the last 3-4 episodes or something...

I dunno....Like Sithking said, I think we really should check out how S4's going first before we decide if S5 is needed/could potentially be good.

I'm not sure. If they do make one, it has to be continued from the 4th season and either has to be based on the backstory behind Aelita and the Hopepr family and Waldo Schaeffer.

I think it should stop at 4. :< They're already no longer RTTPing as much, not fighting on Lyoko, and traversing the Internet. Any different than that and I'm afraid to see. I mean, they MIGHT be able to pull it off if they don't change much. But 6 seasons would be absolutely ludicrous.

Movies might actually be a good idea. <s>Just don't make it Live Action like the Avatar movies Dx</s>

would it be like in the future or something? cause then they could have the original group as cameos. I mean, I would hate to lose Odd!

but would they do the unthinkable and get new VA's? Otherwise we'd be hearing the same voices, but with a new body. kinda weird.
