I looked at the Code Lyoko page on wiki and it says that there planning to make 3 movies and have taken in interest in making a 5th season, but nothing ordered yet.

I read that as well, but I'm taking these statements with a grain of salt. After all, Wikipedia has been wrong before... and I haven't heard anything but fan speculation as to any hints of a fifth season yet. Not to mention three "Movies..." These "Movies" could simply be extended episodes, but I dearly hope not.

Seems a little bit fishy to me. Escpecially when Wikipedia is your main source for information(Wiki not being the best possible source out there, seeing how anybody can edit it however they like). Give me another site with the same information, and then see me.

I've actually heard of it for a while now. The LF chatroom topic has been saying that for months now. There are romours of one in the official CL Forum. I think its pretty solid; either that or they're tring to keep the name around for a while.

But again, that's the CHATROOMS. Those are FANS who are saying it. I'd like concrete evidence, not just rumors on Wikipedia or on a chatroom.

Now, granted, almost all rumors have a grain of truth to them, but not always. Take what you hear with a grain of salt.

Wiki has never really been a good source of info when it comes to stuff like this.

Back When transfromers was in the works you would not belive all the info it posted that was eiter wrong or misread. First it was that Kieth David was barricade in the film, not the game. Later it posted that Frank Welker was going to reprise his role of Megatron. And then thier was the info that scarred me. That Prime was supposed to die in it. Trust me when i say. You dont wanna get any info on Wikki. It did say once that Cl would resume airing in the U.S. on June 28th.........Yeah another let down.

Wiki can be unreliable, but according to the page in the link it looks like they have high hopes for Season 5 and the movies. Hopefully they can get the stations to agree to a season 5 and hopefully we will see the first movie around the beginging of 09. Im glad that they still have ideas for a Season 5 because what are they going to do since XANA is gone? Revivial? Im just glad that they still want the franchise to go on.

Three movies seems like a pretty optimistic deal for a show that killed it's Big Bad. I would like to see a time-skip forward by, like, six to ten years and have XANA reawaken on some crappy backup hard-disk (re: Tom Riddle's Diary) that some oblivious hacker finds and plugs into the net. Get the gang back together to kill 'em again.

They wouldn't even need the time-skip. All Jeremie's Sperm program has to have done is miss one Replika (because it was offline for maintenence or something) and XANA is back in business.

Honestly though, I'm not getting too much hope in this. If issa movie, it prolly gunna suck...sadly.

You know, this is the second time I've run into TVTropes lingo here... Not counting the time I used it in a huge post and Cassius offered to call it 'made of win.' Interesting anyway, makes refering to cliche so much easier too.

I honestly kinda hope against season five, as it's been downhill since S2, but I would like some movies to close up a few plot holes and fill in some background I think they missed.

That said, I'd probably watch it all anyway.

I would actaully like to see their kids take on XANA or another enemy.

Maybe instead of there being a missed Replika, a little kid could walk into the factory, accidentally press a key on the supercomputer, and have XANA be reinstalled on the supercomputer. He activates a tower immediately, and while Jeremy is in college, his computer bleeps, and the adventures begin again.

Ah, but what if it was all a ploy? WHat is a Replika was put offline prior to XANA's death, holding the real Franz Hopper and an image of XANA (like a disk image), and once all of the other Replikas were destroyed, he'd put it back online, and the adventures would continue, giving Aelita new hope and the rest of the group something to do on their Sunday afternoon.
It's a thought.
