Other problems include:

1: It only on the DS, not on other handhelds like the PSP
2: Most adaptations of TV shows are good as a pile of waste and less fun than spending two days stripping the wallpaper in TB3's room
3: The Company behind it is the finest in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. And there, most people have to spend their entire lifetime earnings on a basic Ford model and spend years pondering over want to do with their rusting nuclear subs aka the worst eco. Hazard in history should one blow. Not good. Hopefully the game wouldn’t reflect that. Or it could be filled with Communist propaganda.
4: It might only have a small limited release. It might only be released in East Europe and Russia.

Sorry, but most of us already know this from the codelyoko.fr website. I believe it will come out in france first.

Hmm... Games almost always come out in Europe later than in North America and Asia. I know this is a Europe-oriented brand, but I suspect that it will come out in NA first because there are plenty of fans there, too.

Now I'm a boy, and I think Steam Ca5tle is :nyeh!: , but many of the most dedicated members on this website and in the fanbase are girls (I personally feel they hold the majority) - unless Erin, Mew and many, many others have been LYING! ;)

XD ^^;

It's a silly label, indeed. I suppose it comes from the view that the video game world is still widely thought of as a male-dominated thing. I shall do my best to prove that statement wrong. :D Although, I'm a pretty shabby gamer. ^^

I doubt that they just pulled that out of thin air; I'm sure that the companies involved have done surveys, and that CL really is more watched by boys (at least in Europe). Remember that the people on LF, or any message board, are certainly not a representative sample.

XD

It's a man's world out there... but maybe eventually the video game world will pick up to the fact that girls actually DO play some games (and NOT just the Barbie's Magical Horsie Fairy Land Superstar Makeover Adventure ones :P)

Actually, reports have shown that The Sims has a 50% female audience-- a first. But that might be because the main goal isn't killing things (well.. it depends on your opinion :evillaugh: )

Oh well. I don't have a DS and I probably wouldn't buy the game anyway (it'd be too depressing if it sucked lol)

That's enough to make me buy a DS right there- I was considering whether or not I would.

At least, if it's not a pile of trash. Finally, I can run around screaming LAZER ARROW and IMPACT and it'll actually work. :D

Haha, I can picture it now. Me with the Code Lyoko game, shouting at it "LAZER ARROW!! Come on LAZER ARROW!!!" and people staring.
