Just by looking at the URLs, I could tell that it was a spammer.

EDIT TIME: Also, has anyone taken a look at the times the spambot posted? Three posts in two minutes.

Just a little observation...
I noticed that there were three people who registered on the forum, Renal, Renala, and Renal667, and the fact that they registered on the same day with strikingly similiar usernames set my gears spinning.

Just an update.
I really gotta fix up this theme
