Slow LF mail?

Maybe its just my mail server, but has anyone had any troubles in getting their mail from LF in a timely fashion? it used to be that when someone replied to a thread I had subscribed to, I would get the email near instantaneously. Now its a case of either I dont get the mail at all or it atleast takes a few hours to a full day.

I have had that a couple of time i just assumed it was because of heavy traffic or something?

Well, just to do a test I subscribed to this topic. Whadda you know, my reply email came late. That's very strange.
Anyway, I don't have time to fiddle with it tonight-- but tomorrow I'll definitely look more into this.
