I saw the commercial for the second one..it looks like a hilarious game....I may rent them and see how good it is.

The commercials looked ok for it..is there any structure to the game...like particular story lines or anything, or is it just a free for all?

Yeah it has a campain, there is no main menu when you start. You will find out. I got the game done with mutiplayer. I had my brother helping me.
It has a lot of funny lines, like this line, Crypto was talking to the russians on the moon.
Crypto: "Your enemy have taken all your vacca(or something like that)!!"
Russians: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Played the first one. A really fun game actually. I loved levitating the bodies, and making them slam into the ground. Hee Hee.

Now that is a good game. I haven't got the second one. I chose to buy Bully instead. But seeing how I'm considering taking that back to the shop, I might get that instead. Is it any better than the first?
But I prefer the developer's (Pandemic) other free roaming game: Mercenaries. Who doesn't want to destroy North Korea with a huge arsenal and get paid $100,000,000 for one night work?

You should read the Hardcore Gamer Magazine write-up on Destroy All Humans 2 (the game even made the cover, with the caption: "RUN, HIPPIES! RUN!"
