You know, if the World's ISP's just took themselves off-line for long enough to run virus scans, this wouldn't be an issue.

Even if its not a problem, it's still frightening how much power bot-net has accumulated. It has caused an entrie country to fall to its knees. If it wasn't controlled by humans, than it would be a rough equivallant of XANA.
