So, it's time to talk about... clowns! Tall clowns, short clowns, clowns with red noses, clowns with big shoes, evil clowns that kill children, Krusty the clown, and any and all sorts of their circus shenanigans and annoying street-performer behavior. It's time to talk about why kids are afraid of clowns, why clowns seem to pursue those that have the shortest tolerance for their (usually) unfunny acts, and what kind of a perverse psychological disorder might inspire a person to put on wacky, garish makeup, clashing clothes, and go out into the night to blow up balloon animals, squirt water out of plastic flowers and electrify people with joy buzzers.
