Carth's New Media Review Site (Including a CL Review)

Uh, hi, kids. 8D I'm not sure if this should go in Technical Discussion or not, considering it's a plug for my own mini-project...but, this forum has higher traffic. 8D;

After writing 28 1/2 commentaries for CL episodes in ED, I realized that I really liked to do this kind of thing. So, I decided to take my stagnant LJ account and use it to ramble about whatever book/show/movie I want to ramble about. Rather dead-end sort of thing, but it's good for practicising witticisms and keeping myself motivated to write.

Anyway, I haven't put up Part 2 (that's coming soon, I promise) but for some reason, Planet Cool (Start Wreck) wanted to put up his Subdigitals album review on what I'm sure he believes will one day be a famous review website. It's a fantastic, scathing review - read it for the lulz! (Also his writing kicks patoot.)

I read it!

Since don't happen to have the songs myself, I just listened to the 30 seconds of them up on itunes as I read the reveiw and I think you were spot on. It's not really something I think I'll be adding to my library though.

What I WOULD love to see is a release of the music actually used in the show. CL is one of two shows where I've ever actually liked the score enough to want it for myself.

Getting bitten by the Broken Computer Bug has delayed part two of the soundtrack review, too.

If all goes well, I should have my compy back from Geek Squad today, tomorrow at the latest.
