Simpsons or Family Guy?

I LOVE the first seasons of the Simpsons (like the first 6 I think) but absolutely hate what the show has become. And I liked Family Guy pretty much... but since it was brought back I just watch it if I catch it while zapping. If I have to chose, I'd go with the Simpsons.

I like family guy better because the humor is more wise and witty, where as the simpsons is just...I dont know disconnected...I dont find much humor in it due to some of the characters reactions. At least family guy plays off of history and uses current events....I just find family guy to be more entertaining.

I've been a Simpson fan forever. At one point, TB3, my sister and I would watch it everyday on TV. But in recent years, I've start to lose my favour in it. I can't pin it, but something adout the show has changed making it worse. Sure, I try to watch the new episodes, I'll go see the movie next year and I do the occasional "D'OH!" One big problem with the show: Marge. Her singing voice makes me want to hurt small children and she a typical conservative American.

Currently, I've seen a few episodes of Family Guy and I quite enjoy it. Once TB3 comes home with the Family Guy DVDs, I’ll watch more of it.

Family guy kicks mucho buttox. Because its based in Rhode Island and just look at my location over there<. I met Seth McFarlane in EB games once. I didn't know it was him and we talked about halo while browsing and then some random kid came up and said "Mr. McFarlane can I have your autograph?" and he was like "sure kid here you go." and I was like and then he bought the Warcraft 3 battle chest and left while I was standing there like for a couple of minutes. I hate myself for not getting his autograph.

well for me it depends, the old 90's simpsons are brilliant but then after the millenium they began to suck! the new ones are far fetched and the jokes are so bad, and god i hate the new homer. so i pick family guy for now days.

I would rank Futurama, then Family Guy, then the Simpsons..but since Futurama doesnt have much place here, so Family Guy takes top place.

Thanks for the news...for us fans of the show its a blessing...but i dont see why they are putting family guy down...its funny..and its one of my favorite shows...if the show wasnt that good in the first place..why would fox even run it. or CN for that matter..both stations running new episodes..so Family Guy must be doing something right.
