I just watched both episodes today and I must say Korra starts off quite over powered in comparison to Aang, like she already knows all 4 elements (or at the very least is about to learn air bending) on episode 2?

Well there's only going to be twelve episodes in this first season. The point of it is a)it cuts out filler and b)she's supposed to be very advanced when it comes to the technical aspect of bending but horribly deficient at the spiritual. She's going to be learning that rather than the bending itself (except for airbending and probending obvs.)

They seem to be re-running the first two episodes multiple times a day. I have seen them now at least 5 times each. Man, I'm a geek.

As for the episodes, I really like it. Good animation and soundtrack, decent modern story, and actual plot development in the first 2 episodes. Seems like its going to turn into a great show. Only thing is that its jarring for me to go from nothing but subbed japanese anime to english dubbed anime.

(spoiler)I wonder if there's going to be a Korra vs an entire team in the matches. That would be pretty epic.(/spoiler)

Now to anxiously wait for the next few episodes
