Religion plays no role in decisions like this. In fact, such is a direct violation of the constitution. People have a right to live their lives as they see fit (within reason, of course), so the moral standards of one group should not effect the moral standards of everyone.
Now, let's say someone made it illegal to ware cloths because it was against their religion. What would you think?

Most 13 years old I know think girls are icky. I don't know any young teens who want to even shake hands with the opposite gender, let alone marry them.
