it's okay, but SNK created new 3-D KOF, it was called: "KOF Maxium Impact"

I'm more of a Street Fighter myself as I like the way Capcom fighters feel in general (go Kyosuke!). However, my current favorite fighter right now is Capcom vs SNK 2. I'm pretty good with Yamazaki and Terry here.

In terms of KOF my favorite character of all time is Shingo. He's such a clutz and I love his personality and how he falls on his face during some of his moves.

In my fanfic, Code Lyoko: A Retelling, there's a King of Fighters refference with one of my created characters. In the story there's a character named Dirk Kap Hwan. Obviously he was named after the Korean Tae Kwan Do expert Kim Kap Hwan.

good question..it's a famous game created by SNK at 1994, on arcades and neo geo CD..there's one poster of creation KOF 94'
http://www.j-fan.com/neogeo/kof94ad.JPG...these game have so many characters just opening the new tournament KOF, their teams are called: Fatal Fury Team, Art of Fighting Team, Ikari Team, Psycho Soldiers, Japan Team, USA Team and Super Hero Girls (i don't remember what was the name) (yes..the really Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting Team from Fatal Fury game and Art of Fighting game of SNK)

But in these years, SNK still creates the lasts years: KOF 95 (new improvement for edit team), KOF 96, KOF 97, KOF 98' (it's a special edition), KOF 99', KOF 2000, KOF 2001, KOF 2002 (Special edition again), KOF 2003..and the last King of Fighters XI

These KOF 94, 95, 96 and 97' it was the part of Orochi's story and origin, KOF 99', 2000 and 2001 NESTS Story/Origin..but in KOF 2003, it was messed up reviving the same history of Orochi
