High school can be tough. Especially when you have to deal with elemental powers, working for a government agency that isn't supposed to exist, and fighting ancient evil. You know-- same old, same old.
All Kaitlin ever wanted to do was be the best archaeologist the world's ever seen, having been inspired by her parents from a young age. So why did an artifact at a museum be the thing to change her life, along with her best friend, Clara's? And why is it that their parents were the very ones who discovered that artifact, years ago?
Brad didn't even want to go on the field trip. After he blacked out while being arrested in the very same museum for something done with completely good intentions, he now has to struggle with something else brought upon him-- his new abilities.
Gabriel wanted to make more friends. Brad was great, but who can deal with having only one person to talk to? When Merric came along, he thought he was the perfect solution-- only once they got to the museum, things started to get weirder and weirder...
