Alright, I feel there needs to be a good Olympics thread. And there's nothing in search. So, Why not?

Anyone catch the Opening ceremony last night? It was so silly!

It's all very scientifical. |D

I rather like hockey, but I said snowboarding. Is lacrosse in there?

Yesterday, I went snowboarding. Stoopid classes. I find it very considerate that when you're racing down a mountain, they teach you how to stop. I asked, and they said "There's a tree."
And speaking of which, I was resting in the lodge because I got sick and I heard some family from Georgia saying they were going to do things like in the good ol' days, where they got a giant tub of synthetic lard (Nonfat, a'course') And they were getting storebought rabbit meat, and going to be living like new hampshire people do. I felt like walking over and handing them a rifle saying " You want old school? Here gun, here two sticks, go find moose. And leave the mittens and boots..." But I was too busy getting into my neon snow suit.
Why I'm saying this I don't know.

But what I'm sad about was that Michelle Kwan can't skate. She's my complete idol. And this would be her last year to skate, but the opening ceremony realy aggrivated her injury, creating a completely new one.

I respect her for skating, but I respect her more for not skating.
