as a citizen of the united states I have the right to petition the govenment for a change of policy, that is what will be excersized in this topic, this particular petition is to change the policy of the scholastic branch of the state government of california, the particular policy is the policy of allowing teachers to make exceptions to the homework limit designated for their class so the format of the signature is anything you want as long as it signies that you are a member of the world seperate from all other members of the world and that it is indeed your signature



P.S. this is the first time (to my knowledge) that a petition has been posted on a forum
