I was going to see it yesterday, but who wants to go to the movies on their birthday? I had a party instead. I hope you enjoy it. I personally think that they made too big a deal out of the whole movie.

I'm seeing it tomorrow!

It's a family tradition to see every Disney/Pixar movie, I know that opening pixar scene by heart, and every pixar short too.

Yep, with Junior, whic was actually a charachter in a few shorts they did when they started out. My dad and I collect Computer Generated videos and such, I want to become a computer software engineer and graphic desiner.

That's why I like CL so much...

What is it about?? I've seen every other Pixar movie except for Toy Story 2 and have loved all of them, so I'd bet I'd probably like this one. But I have no idea what it's about.
not gonna bother coming back

Yo Paige, Happy Birthday! :)

Yeah, Cars, from what I've seen it looks pretty cool - the Pixar magic-touch shines through here too I hope :) - anyone got any feedback yet?

I dunno, I found some site on it...

Okay, this may be a spoiler, but this is absolutely hilarious!
*Setting* During the credits, a scene shows with a drive in movie theartre, full of cars. Somewhere in the lot is Mack, Lighning McQueen's driver and Trailer Tractor. On the sign nearby, the words Toy Cars Story, and it shows two little cars in a shadowy gas station.
Car 1: You are a car toy! *Shouting to a white, green, and purple futirustic car*
Car 2: You are a sad, sad, little Woody Wagon... *Just guess...*
Mack starts praising the voice actors of the scene.
Next, on the sign shows A Buggy's life, and on the screen is a little ground level grassy area, with a group of buggys of various sizes.
Car 1: You guys are circus cars? *He says to the leader of the group, a spring, small, brown buggy.
Car 2: Yep! And they're all gonna make me rich!
Mack then raves about how it's another wonderful VA scene.
Now, the sign says Monster Truck INC, showing a snowy scene and a one "eyed" Green buggy.
Car 1: You're crazy! It's a storm out there! *He shouts to a large blue and purple monster truck with ginormous wheels.*
Car 2: But mike, you're not thinking about Boo! *A shadow looms over the two, and they turn around to see a HUGE white monster truck that's about to smoosh them.
Car 3: Welcome to the Himalayas! *Holds something on his front bumper* Snowcone?
Mack then realizes that all the voices are the same person, and Pixar is doing a lousy job.

Now, the irony in all this is that the voice of Mack is done by at least one of the charachters in all three of those movie/parodies. Can you name them for extra points?

Sucked.

It's not my kind of movie, 3D animation kid movies are not suited for me. Maybe one or two jokes out of the movie made me chuckle, but that's it.

Crud... did you like "Finding Nemo"? I like that movie and "Cars" is supposed to be made by the same people, so it could be tastes and it could be that the movie sucked. I want to make sure before I spend money to see it.

Not All Girls like Gushy Love stories. I don't. I'm not a fan of "The Notebook"

Anyways, It doesn't look all that great to me.

That movie looks horrible to me; and even if it did look good, I'm still saving up to see James Bond's new cinematic masterpiece, Casino Royale.

Piggy Bank in the Toy Stories, that circus manager guy in Bug's Life, and the Snow Monster in Monsters Inc. Not to mention the school of fish in Finding Nemo, and the Underminer in the Incredibles. They're all done by John Ratzenberger.

...I have no life.

I liked this movie. Not as good as the Incredibles, but still pretty sweet. The end was very touching.

Mater *After Lighning's pulled off to the race* I didn't even get to say goodbye...
*A bit later*
Lighning: Doc? What are you doing out here?
Doc: Well, I heard there was a car out here without a crew... and Mater didn't get to say goodbye... *Sighs
Mater: *Screams* GOODBYE!

I call my cousin Tuna, because everyone asks him if he's a little ham, and he says no, he's a tuna.
And he loves Finding Nemo.

dude, my crush started quoting Finding Nemo, a guy who said he didn't like little kids movies when I asked him when I knew I saw him at the movies...
And my science teacher joined in...

I wanted to go see Cars, but I wasn't sure that I'd like it. But sounds like it's pretty good. I loved Pixar's other movies, and I was hoping that this one was up to par with the others. Sounds like it is.

Too bad I don't think it's playing at our theater anymore.
