Kyle XY-Premieres Tonight at 8

I, for one, really want to see this. And no, I do NOT want to see it just for Matt Dallas. Or whatever his name is.

I think that the story is quite intriguing, and I am catching hints of an Aelita-like complex- the kid has no trace, no past, and no navel. Plus, I like 'totally uneducated human learns' stories. They're touching...

Plus, I saw the online preview..."Yo! Juice me!" is priceless.

This would also be the first live action show I'm planning to watch on my own jurisdiction (besides American Idol), which is an achievement.

What do you guys think?

I think abc family came up with it to fill the smallville gap. But I want to see it!!!!!!!

I want to see this... and no, not just because the lead guy is hot. It looks interesting. I want to see if it's actually interesting, as opposed to all the idiotic stuff they have on ABCFamily- Wildfire, Falcon Beach, Beautiful People?! I ask you![/i]

Whoa. And is it just me or does it look like it's going to be a LOT like Smallville? Maybe not a LOT a lot, but... you know what I mean. The first time I ever saw the previews I thought it looked similar to Smallville. Even the lead guy (Matt Dallas, you said?) looks a little like- in my opinion- Tom Welling. Sooo... yeah. I won't be watching it, most likely. I don't even think I'm going to be home while it's on.

Seeing it...I love, love, LOVE the plot. I liked how they slipped in that another person had shown up with the same situation.

I didn't like the cussing, that magazine, and that facility, especially with my mom in the next room. The party was pretty cool, though...of course, I don't watch much TV save for cartoons. I guess this is how they are these days.

3.5/5 stars. -1 for the cussing, -.5 for some of the odd moments.

The lead plays his roll so well. He was so freakin' adorable; you just wanted to hug him.

My sister (...She's 24. I'm 13) started crying during the conversation Kyle had with his 'mom.' I almost teared up, but not really.

I think you've just coined a new phrase xD; "Aelita complex"... sweet.

Anyway xD; I haven't really heard much about this show to be honest with you, but it does seem interesting.
