Well its a show made by marathon.Heres its description:Martin and Diana are two mismatched teenagers on a mission to investigate the weirdest paranormal mysteries and the creepiest creatures from beyond. Commissioned by THE CENTER, an undercover organization specializing in strange phenomena, and with the help of Java, a massive caveman lost in time, Martin and Diana jump from their high school classroom to caves and lairs loaded with slime. Get ready for a goo-fest filled with chills and thrills!

The thing holding Marvin Mystery back is that portrays itself as something that it's not. In the intro and commercials we are treated to some glorious action scenes such as Diana throwing out some really sweet kicks and Java doing something involing his strenght. However in reality Marvin Mystery is just a modern version of Scobby Doo (as stated previously) except that the monters are real.

If we're getting a Scobby Doo style series then we're gonna get Scobby Doo action scenes. Most if not all of Marvin Mystery's "fights" are the characters running for thier lives while Marvin defeats the enemy by either sheer luck or using whatever trap the group has set up.
