Lmao, my family always waits until the last minute to buy all the presents and get up our decorations. We'll probably get ours up in Christmas Eve. Just like last year, lol.

I can never get a good gift for my mom because she buys them all for herself. Little brat...

and we don't really have stringing lights and little statues around the yard on the top of our lists,... it's hard enough to get back to the door after a night of shoveling driveways in a new england blizzard.

Yeah. Rhode Island snow storms are harsh.

For X-mas. I really don't mind what I get. I fell asleep while watching the All Day Cartoon Network X-mas thingies that they are playing...

Very harsh. but luckily we haven't had any yet. I remember when it used to snow on halloween up here. we've got our stuff up. I fell off the ladder like every year. Idon't get stuff this year since it's my first christmas as an adult. pluswere broke, so that doesn't help much.

All of those things played today for some reason. o.O I've gotta send a calendar to the London CN studios for Christmas. And an angry tourist in a box for the Toonami executives.

Somewhere 'round the start of December the decorations go up. Hopefully the tree won't fall down like it did last year (twice) and the madre won't put up the icicle lights again. ("THEY MAKE THE HOUSE LOOK PRETTY :D" she says. They also make my school day UNpretty)

For me, this year it's just video games and books. xD And beanie babies. Same as always.

Haha, we almost NEVER decorate. The most we've ever done was put some lights on the railing on our... stair porch thing. That's it.

What I want for Christmas, though are some PRISMACOLOR COLORED PENCILS 8DDD

And five yards of pleather.

And a wig.

Because I'm bringin' Zexy back!! ;D
we will advance with sword in hand

Next week maybe I'll get things up.

December To Dismember could be a nice title for a hangout thread. *patents*

Second week in till Christmas we put up the tree and what not. Mom makes us watch "A Christmas Story" which is sad since I know most of the lines by heart. Then we listen to Christmas music and if "Baby it's cold outside" starts to play I run up the the radio and change the song. :)

I don't believe in Christmas (we have Winter Solistace on the 21 ;) ), but I love it anyway.
I don't have all my stuff up yet...but...I have a doll of Rudolph, and the Imbonalbe Snowman, both from that claymation Rudolph movie (which I LOVE to the bottem of my heart. Best x-mas movie ever!!!) The snowman roars and sings the 'Holy, Joly Chirstmas' song. ^_^ Rudolph's nose used to light up, and he used to play his song, but since I've had him as long as I can remeber, he obvously doesn't work now. But I love 'em anyway.
PLus I love lights..and snow...and carols..and FOOD!!! And getting presents is always good. :D

It's just not Christmas to me until I see that movie xD

As for preparations... We've already got up a tree (a small one, to not take up much space in our apartment) and it's..well, pretty xD ^^ I wish I could get a pic.. And there are presents under it this year (unlike last year, didn't have any). So it's vaguely Christmas-y in the apartment right now xD ^^
