Great stuff. :D I make music myself so I can appreciate your stuff a lot. It takes time and work to make good sounding music. Wow, 360 BPM? I admit I usually stay around 100-140 BPM with my songs, but I'm more into making downtempo music than true techno music. I really like 502 Raver and Vital Circle. Keep it up!

EDIT:|:|:

I currently don't have a good enough music sequencer. I know Cakewalk makes sequencers, but since they don't have free trials I can't try any out. What would you recommend? (Slightly low cost, but still professional)

I don't think Chiyo-chan really enjoyed that comment.

Thanks :D

I am currently remixing a song called "Fluid Data." It's a great song, and I feel that I can make it even better.

Just one thing: most of your songs have a slight MIDI feel to them, which I like, but sometimes songs sound different on my computer than other computers. Is it supposed to sound sorta MIDI?

I used to use MIDI to compose my songs (I have this really big MIDI module hooked up) but more recently (as in the stuff that you can currently find on the site) I've been using VST instruments and synthesizers and not MIDI.

So I guess that depends on what element of the music you think the "MIDI feel" is coming from. I'd definitely say that it's there somewhere, too.

I guess it's just the drums sound kinda shallow, and the instruments sound like the classic MIDI instruments (the sound of which I'm in love with, don't get me wrong.) I know it's possible to record directly from the output speaker on a synth, because the sounds coming from it sound more real (as real as synth sounds get anyways).

But by the way your telling how you make your music I'd guess your sounds are computer generated. It's hard to get realistic sounding instrument packages for your computer under $1,000. I just have a fairly cheap synth (a Yamaha PSR-175) and I record directly off the speaker out (I would get an adapter to lower the amplitude or you'll blow your soundcard, not good.) It sounds better than software. What do you use for drums anyway?

Most of the drums I use are singled out from samples of recorded drum loops, but some few are generated by a VST instrument.

If and when my TV show gets made...I am going to kidnap you and make you do the music. I love it that much. The Elm Street remix just...wow. It's quickly going to be the most listened to song on my Ipod.

I'm glad you liked it ^_^

I have a new dance tune ready for listening now, too.

eSnips usually makes users register before downloading stuff, so that's most likely the problem.

Right now I'm remixing the Super Mario World title screen music.

Your thread is too ignored. Fixing that.

Whatever you may think, I liked the Visionary speedmix. It's hyper and crazy and stuff.

Your stuff is still really good. I'd suggest you occasionally run some of those drum loops through variable LPFs/HPFs. They would complement your style really well.
thank you all for the good memories <3
