Who likes Naruto Here?

I don't really care for it. I can't stand Naruto's voice, Sasuke (right?) doesn't really seem like a compelling guy, and Sakura is...meh, I couldn't care less about her, they just make her seem too submissive. I know, I'm pretty that since this is from a manga, they will adopt the factor that characters go through a coming of age story, but I just cannot follow it. As much as I like ninjas, I do not like these ninjas.

I think, the only thing I really enjoy about the show, is their references to mythology. I've only watched two episodes, but I've read up on their...spells and whatnot, on Wikipedia a bit; it's pretty interesting.

I can't really say I find the series enjoyable, but I don't hate it; I just don't watch it.

Honestly, I don't get what's the big deal about Naruto but then, I think it's just one of those "anime fads" that blows through every couple years. I won't deny that the manga is okay though, what little I've been able to read of it.
