Who's gonna go watch this film?

This thread can be used for talking about the film... trailer is here for those who might want to watch it over and over again or haven't seen it yet.

I may do that Tomorrow.

I so want to see it.

I hear it's dark and gloomy, like the graphic novel.

Just saw it, along with Hellboy II.

God, it's very dark.

But Heath Ledger was a riot. Everybody laughed at his evil humor as the Joker.

I highly doubt the X-Files film or any other one could top Dark Knight... it's an outstanding film... one of the best out there IMO.

Funny thing is that Rotten Tomatoes consider Iron Man as a better flick than DK...

Dont rely on mags to tell you which movie is good, the only opinion that should count is your own, but I may ask my brother to go and see Dark Knight with me, it may give us something to do here.

If that directed towards me, I actually think Dark Knight is a much better film than Iron Man...

I feel left out... my friend feels "insecure" on opening nights, so I have to wait.

I totally would have seen it on the first day but he's the one to drive us there.

But, of course, I don't have to see it yet to know how much it roxxorz.

Just saw it, midnight showing, fantastic film that surpassed Batman Begins a million times over. Was pleasently surprised how much Joker mirrored the DC Animated Universe Joker.

Funny, twisted, perfect. Again my one complaint comes back is the lack of Harley Quinn. I can just imagine how a film would go with that joker and a re-imagined harely quinn... It makes me feel all tingly inside.

The guy who did the original character design of Joker was on Coast to Coast AM with Ian Punnet last night, He was saying that the guy who worked on the TDK version got the character in all of its essence, he was impressed.

I still want to see this movie.

I went and saw this movie last night- or rather this morning, from midnight to like 2:30 AM. It was a very, very awesome movie. And I mean AWESOME. Heath Ledger did an incredibly great job as the Joker. The humor, the apathy towards everyone else, he even had the walk down right. Dead or not, he deserves the Oscar. Just think that just a few years ago he was a gay cowboy.

Anyway, great movie. On my patent rating scale from 1 to 422, where 1 is ungodly awful and 422 is totally effing sweet, I give The Dark Knight:

422 out of 422.
Totally. Effing. Sweet.

I LOVED it!

Heath Ledger deserves an award for his preformance.

Our theater was completely full. my friend was sitting beside me, we watched as the joker walked in the room and stuck that pencil in the table.

And when he made that pencil disapear, the entire theater went silent, then started clapping. His preformance as The Joker was incredable.

100/10

I just saw the Dark Knight, it is the most intense Batman I have ever seen, and the Joker really does get under your skin... He has this nervous tick with his tounge that got really annoying. I loved it..

I agree Heath is amazing... It is so not like him...

Our theater was also completely full...

I think it was one of the greater Batman movies made so far.

Heath Ledger plays an excellent Joker, and will always be missed.

I just couldn't get over Batman's speech impediment xD

He was just trying too hard for that voice :P

Isn't it funny how this movie is topping The Godfather at IMDB.com?

Anyways, after you cool down, you probably realize this film isn't a 5-star flick...

Speaking of funny, do you know how I got these scars?

Actually know, in my mind, this film surpasses The Godfather in all levels. It's not just Keith's performance (which is damn good) there isn't a single thing bad about this movie. Infact, it's impossible to NOT like.
