Since last night, The Powerpuff Girls finally ended their run once and for all, I figure it's appropriate to have a thread commemorating that quasi-epic cartoon. It was one of the last ones to go from Old Cartoon Network and one with some of the most mature senses of humor, and pretty darned graphic too, if you care to remember certain things. (like Buttercup kicking Him in the face with blood splattering around her in the opening sequence) Let's all remember things about it.

Fun fact: more boys saw The Powerpuff Girls Movie in theaters than girls.

I was not one of them because I thought watching that show was icky.

My favorite was always Bubbles.

I'm not exactly sure why. I'm weird like that.

I loved PPG~! It was awesomeness to me. I had the backpack, a notebook, videos, a Bubbles doll (it talked!) and I saw the movie!! ^^

Honestly.

I still love Powerpuff Girls.
Even my best friend who is a boy really enjoys watching it.
He told me that its, "The only girly show thats boyish for a boy."

I'm trying to buy that entire series pack.

When I was watching the marathon. I felt as if I was 5 years old again.

I used to love Buttercup as my favorite character when I younger.
But I love Bubbles now. She's so adorable! (As in the favorite character way!)

My favorite episode is "Bubblesvicious." I think that's what its called.

The new episode that came out. What a great ending to a great cartoon. I wish CN would just put it on instead of Boomerang!

Anyway, some of the old cartoon network shows can be found on the free spot on Insight for those of you that get it. Ed Edd and Eddy was still on there last time i checked.

Back on topic, it was an ok show. Interesting how they interpreted the "red phone".

I liked Princess and Sedusa more than the Powerpuffs, for obvious reasons.

I never really liked the villians, except for the GangGreen Gang. They were pretty cool.

The best villains were Mojo Jojo and Him.

Even though Him creeped the crap out of me when I first saw him. That voice...

The complete series is already released. What's interesting is that they have a French language track.
