This is a very random and oddly specific thread. That being said, I think she's creepy. That's about it.

She is is a haggish energy vampire with candy-themed magical powers and a mass-produced army of gingerbread cookie soldiers. She uses brainwashing magic pies to fool her victims into believing that she is their mother; she then showers them with false love and motherly compassion in order to feed on their "sweet, nourishing affection".

She's basivcally a tribute to parents of 4- to 6-year-old kids.

That episode was just a bit creepy, but in a funny sort of way. Although each episode has its own weirdness to it.

I think she needed a better design, but other than that, it was a good episode.

Of course, I spent most of the episode looking at Gothic Loli Raven.

She was basically a reversed Jim Morales - sweet on the outside but overbearing on the inside.

Probably, actually. I kind of get the feeling she was trying to make the Titans as happy as possible before eating them... you know, as a means of "making it up to them". But that means she must be a very otherworldly being indeed, because you don't find many people running around in the Titans' world (or ours, for that matter) with that kind of mentality. Making sure you don't make your victims sad before you kill them. Freaky.

I hope that made some sense. :nyeh!:

Actually, that did make some sense.

From the words of the creators:

What mother doesn't want children that love her? Of course, when you have an evil mother that feeds on that love, then you've got an interesting dillemma.

You make some strange threads, m'dear.

Mother maeye was a creeper and I didn't like her much. She was a oneshot villain anyways (in a filler episode at that) so I never really cared about her one way or the other.

THIS

That.

Mad Mod was the business. "What goes up, stays up! Hyahahaha!"

We need more villains like him. God, imagine an Irish Mad Mod.

no I am not testing this forum's typical stereotyping

no I will not look down on those that fail the test

She was a little weird, I know, but I hear she is loosely based on a legit Batman villain.

Trouble in Tokyo was so stupid. :whatever:
The only reason for it was to make Rob/Starfire an official item.
...Because that was totally necessary. :arg:

Not that there is anything wrong with the idea, but the way they did it just.... christ! I've read fanfiction that did it better!

Not to mention is Starfire really the girl you want to date? Really? Hit it and quit it, because shes not intelligent enough to have a conversation.

Get Raven out of her dark and broodingness? Will talk.

Jinx was probably the only "normal" chick on the show.

If Mother Mae-Eye was given a few more episodic appearances, she would have been made into a legitimate villainess.

Well, Starfire is intelligent, kind of... just... culturally unaware?
Raven has some serious father issues...
And I can't face Jinx with a serious face after reading this one fanfic... Nore can I when Robin and Raven are ever shown in the same shot.m*facepalm*

I'd love to be directed toward those fanfics...

And how the flipping heck did this topic manage to thrive in the first place? I was going to lock it until it got all active.
