Why is Searching Lyoko banned?

SearchingLyoko was banned a few months back for posting news about the fanslation on the official CL.com forums without our permission, despite him recieving multiple warnings from the mods/admins telling him not to do it.

And again, for now, like we've said several times before, exercise caution in who you give the link to and how you share it. Posting it on a big, copyright-enforcement heavy site like Youtube is not particularly wise...nor would running straight to CL.com and making a forum post about it (considering they're a direct line to Moonscoop). Consider PMs and e-mails only to people you know won't can't keep a secret and stuff like that.

Long story short, a certain member (who shall remain nameless, even though it's kind of easy to deduce with a little searching), decided to go around the Rules and Policy set down in this forum, as well as something the Admins had asked them personally not to do and posted a link to the Wiki in CL.com.

Unfortunately, I think the Mods at CLC deleted most of that drama because it was off-topic. (Can't say I blame them. ^^; ) But I've got screencaps if they're needed, and that's basically what happened. Nice sum-up there.
