Metroid: Other M

Well, the game is scheduled to come out in a few months...
What do you guys think of the prerelease footage? How good a game do you think it'll be? Angry about Team Ninja developing it (and that means Samus's character model as well)?

I, for one, can't wait for it at all. The game looks really promising, and it'd be nice to have the fusion of the 2D elements and the 3D gameplay from Prime.

I've been playing Prime Trilogy like there's no tomorrow; although I'm a little disappointed that you can't move while in 1st person mode in Other M, it still looks very promising.

Does playing as Samus in the Smash Bros. games count? I'm guessing not. I would play the Metroid games, but I have so little time on my hands due to work. I even own the first Prime game for the Gamecube, and haven't played it in ages.
