Yes. I answered your question literally as a joke. Anyway, apparently his mother posted a video of him performing on YouTube for family and friends, and some manager saw it and introduced him to Usher. And that started him on the roller coaster of fame.

On a side note, Justin Bieber's manager also manages Asher Roth, who raps about booze, women, marijuana and college. The contrast strikes me as amusing,

Justin [Drew] Beiber is a 15-year old Canadian pop singer (I think it was pop), and he has worked with other musicians and appeared in some of their music videos. Now, I don't really listen to his music, because I [really] don't like him, but I heard some of his music because almost everyone was crazy about him in my school (and so they kept blasting it on their computers, to my annoyance). He's the kid with the bowl-cut style (but the front is sorta pushed to the side). The thing I don't get is why people enjoy his music, because I think that he can't sing. However, I will respect the opinions of others, but not the crazed fanatics, though.
