I Hate Final Exams!

Hey everyone... I hate final exams, it feels like my professors are trying to kill me with work by piling more on instead of lessening it. The logical thing to do, it would seem would be to lessen the work load right? So we have more time to study. But no they increase it so that we are scrambling to get everything done and then on top of all the work we have to study for our exams which can at times be worth 150 to 200 points and 100-200 questons long if they are cummulitive. I feel as if I am going to have a panic attack. I have so much to do and final exams are next week, I have my friends and family to support me but I just needed to get this off my chest. I don't know what to do, I feel that no matter how hard or long I study I have not studied hard or long enough. From there I start mentally adding on the stress by telling my self to study harder. I get to the point where I get skitish and jumpy, I jump at the slightest touch or sound... Sometimes it gets even worse to where I become withdrawn and quiet almost near tears.. Or I get bad tempered and snap at everyone... You guys if any of you can give your advice or have any ideas about how to get this self torture to end I would be extremely appreciative... This is really starting to freak me out I hate feeling like this and I hate coming to near emotional train wrecks or panic attacks... So please help me figure this out. I am sorry if I sound like some pathetic little girl because that is not who I normally am normally I am perky, spirited, and love to help others. I just don't know what to do any more. I take walks to take breaks. But I need some other ideas because walks only help so much... During exam week my self-esteem gets shot to hell, pardon the profanity... Okay now I am just rambling I am sorry, I will shut up now.

Sis, please realize that you are doing the best you can. If you are studying as hard as you can, then that is about all you can do. Dont let this anger and stuff keep building up, find creative ways to release it, like writing about it in your journal. Take another break and grab a drink or something...just sit on the couch, enjoy the drink...relax a bit, then go back to studying. I am worried about you, I wish that there was more I could do to help. Please let me know if there is something I can do. You know how to reach me. Ranting is also good

I know, I just had to let it out and tell everyone how evil final exams are... I just needed to get it off my chest. I know I don't have time to write, or do anything of that nature. I might take a walk and go to weis grab a couple Cokes...Later this evening... But I need some more ideas how to nip this in the bud I mean the freak out part... I will be okay if you all help me

I have exams comming up to, and they're on the last week of school!! I listen to music to help me, and I also try shopping with friends (even though I can only do it so often) Try those ^^
