I was just curious if anyone here played a sport in their free time.

I fence.

I run cross country...but its too cold to do that now (and I dont like track, so I didnt join indoor).

I would like to get into tai kwan do (sp?) eventually.

I tried to play basketball when I lived on campus at university. I wasn't any good at it, but it was fun.

I used to play soccer but then when I entered high school it just became too stressful and I found myself hating practice, my coaches, and a lot of the girls on my team. Because of that, I quit, and was astounded at how much happier I was after.

Now, I run track. I'm on the varsity girls team running the 300, even though I'm only a freshman. My best time is 44.4 and I love my team and going to practice, which was a huge shock compared to the way I had always felt about soccer. I'm trying my best to train hard because I like it so much and I want to improve but my coaches aren't that great and we don't practice a lot. I should be running on my own today but it's freezing outside and there's snow on the ground. :\

I play Volleyball. And I lovd it! I'm one of the best players in my school.

And i'm currently trying to get an air hockey team going... Because no one has ever beaten me. Ever.

Anf I like soccer too.

And there isn't much support around here for sports. Red Sox and patriots. and even still they aren't always that good. And the Celtics suck out loud on ice. And we don't even have hockey any more.

Bball! If I were tougher and had more stamina, I'd play football, but I'm not and I don't. If rugby league were offered, I'd been so in it's not funny, but it would probably be union if at all and I would be crushed.
