I was walking through the supermarket the other day and looking at the labels on the tins, and realised I wasn't seeing the whole label because the tins curve, and what few letters I saw was causing me to put 'unusual' brands on the tins;

When you name all your networked devices with subtle references to Code Lyoko.

not guilty yet, but with a new laptop purchase coming up in the next month or so along with my pre-CL hobby sites being shutdown, ive been considering some renaming of the networked devices in our house:

Router SSID/Workgroup: Ile Seguin
Main PC: SuperCalc
Bedroom PC: (dont know yet. any ideas are welcome)
Laptop: Mobile (not really a refernece to CL so sue me )


Another one that has crossed my mind is that since it seems that ill be getting a dell brand laptop, i had the idea of redesigining the little silver dell logo on the top of the lappy into something CL related (probably a subtle XANA icon consisting of alternating black and dark grey)

You have been watching too much Code Lyoko if you have done (or plan to do) any of the following:

Set a "XANA Symbol" picture as the wallpaper on your mobile, so it looks XANA possessed.

Set "AWWD" as your ringtone...because it's just that cool.

Gathered a list of 30+ songs that remind you of Code Lyoko and made a soundtrack CD of them (legally, of course, as you already owned all of the songs on CD or had bought them online).

Made a cover (front, back and side) and insert for the CD case to your Code Lyoko soundtrack CD, so that it looks like an "Official" or at least, "proffesional" soundtrack.

Put information and pictures in said insert about Code Lyoko, along with lyrics to each song so that it looks even more like a real soundtrack CD.

Are looking for a XANA symbol CD picture to paste onto your soundtrack CDs, so that it really looks like a CL CD.



...I'm guilty of every single one... *sweatdrops* ^^;

Oh yeah...I neglected to mention that one's soundtrack is a "2 CD set"...with matching "themes" for each CD...

well, mine is going to be svcd based so I can burn it on a standard CD-R. The videos are short enough that they will fit perfectly on a cd and still retain the high quality they were exported in directly from premiere.

I drew the XANA eye on my forehead. My friend, who was sick and tired of me talking about Code LYoko all the time, taped my mouth up with duct tape. Then, he ripped it off. With it came 14 years of facial hair. Ow. Needless to say, it hurt. Bad.

I have a bunch:

-When you have memorized the lyrics to three different versions of A World Without Danger, including the French one (without knowing how to speak French), and you have at least five versions of it on your MP3 player, as well as the ending theme.
-When you stay up until an ungodly hour of the morning writing fanfics or posting on CL forums, then wake up early to do the same thing, then continue writing fanfics throughout the school day.
-When you can see the first 10 seconds of any CL episode and name it, summarize it, and say who went to Lyoko and who stayed to fight off the attack.
-When you leave your e-mail program open on your computer so you know about a new post on a forum or new chapter of a story within a minute.
-When 525 out of 1151 emails in your inbox are new chapter alerts about CL fanfics, 30 of them are new stories, 132 of them are review replies or PMs from fanfiction.net, 94 of them are review alerts, and most of the rest are thread reply alerts on several CL forums.
-When you spend so much of your free time writing fanfics, posting on forums, and daydreaming about Code Lyoko that you have to do your homework in your first period class the day it's due. (thank God for easy electives!)
-When you can relate anything to Code Lyoko.
-When you actually spell "Jeremie" and "Ulrich" right.
