Given the going rate for captioners probably isn't much higher than it is for data entry workers, you've got to expect this sort of thing. Believe me, there's much, much worse. I've got a list of captioning glitches here 2 pages lon I compiled from one episode of another television show.
Of course, while I'm grateful for the hard work of the captioners, it won't stop me from laughing at their mistakes.
