The principal/headmaster/whatever you want to call him of Kadic is just another person. Strict, calm, collected, and just generally school authority-ish. But there is one thing I haven't mentioned: he's Sissi's father.
Principal Delmas wears dark brown pants, a sweater vest, and over that a very professional-looking jacket that matches his pants. He has a grey beard and glasses.
Notes:
- In "Code: Earth," he fired Jim. But at the end of "False Start," the time reversal program basically got him back his job by going back to before any of that happened.
- In "Image Problem", Xana-Yumi knocked the principal out with a phone. Ouch!
- Sissi has been known to be able to alter her father's decisions regarding her and the school, though not always. In "Satellite," all of the kid's cell phones were confiscated, which Sissi led a protest against. In "Frontier," Sissi was persuaded by Ulrich to get Yumi out of trouble with the principal. (He kissed her.) On a smaller scale, she has the principal throw dances/etc for her.
