It's all very scientifical. |D

What kind of field are you looking for? 9 months is really long. Sometimes broadening up your options and start from the bottom (nowadays no matter how many Bachelor's or Master's degrees you're holding, everyone has to start from the bottom x.x) would help you find growth in finally landing a job that you wanted.
Virtualized STI - How long have you been looking for a job? Wish you luck! ^^
Speak of the devil, I actually got a message from the first employer that I had my job interview with (the one offering the IT analyst job) while I was having my interview at a temp agency earlier today (it went well by the way) and I'm still in shock right now. I got the IT analyst job! ^^;; I start next week on Tuesday for Orientation (though I'll be working there for only 2 days because of Thanksgiving and all ^^). ^^
Okay... that was pointless of me ranting...LOL x.x
To everyone else, try to broaden up your options. Go online and post your resumes like in monster.com and careerbuilder.com and even craigslist.com. Attend job fairs (best way to go IMO... I found this employer offering the IT analyst job at a local job fair). Good luck! ^^

Thanks Stonecreek. ^_^
Have you tried attending local job fairs? For some particular reason job fairs (where you meet recruiters in person) seem to be a lot more effective than submitting your resumes. That's where I met this employer who was recruiting for IT analysts (as well as collectors and admin assistants). I like careerbuilder.com, I actually got a bunch of interview requests after having my resume distributed (though most of them are offering sales/advising jobs, which I'm not too much of a people person ^^).
Also, one more thing... when you look for a job, be sure you check to see if that employer also offers benefits (medical, dental, visual), 401k, tuition reimbursements (if you plan to go back to school, like taking Masters courses, for example, your employer can pay for your tuition), and all that. I made a mistake w/ my previous job (the one in which I got laid off from)--- they didn't have any benefits, no 401k, except for stock options/part-ownership of that company. Ah well. x.x
