ImageReady hates me. Actually, I think I hate IM which in turn reflects upon its feelings for me ... Nevermind me. I'll go sit in my corner now.

A new banner. It took forever to animate in ImageReady. I think I spent more time animating it then actually making it.
Screenshot (of group) credit to cfNET and the Aelita picture was some random image I stole off Google. Come sue me.

If I could do it over I'd change the words to "Is something worth fighting for."

As an example, you know the avatars I have in the avatar gallery here? Notice how they all say "www.lyokofreak.net" on them? That's a kind of watermark; it's just a bit of text with my website URL so that people who want to steal the icon have a harder time. (They have to find a way to edit out the watermark, and even if they can do that it would probably look iffy so people would know it was stolen.)

Watermarks can also say your name, or the name of a person's website (for example, "Lyoko Freak"). Another example of a watermark is on Syody's other picture. (Look in the bottom-left corner.)

RachaelKawaii: Thank you kindly. Wait ... what texture? There is no texture ... *blinks* Unless I don't see it ... Oh well! Thank you; I try to combine stuff nicely.
Now that I look back over it the banner looks like crap to me -- I guess your first creations in a new program always do. ^^

SDL: Thanks. I save photo-intensive graphics (like most of my work) as .jpgs, but line- and text-heavy images go as .gifs (the JPG compression does funky things to straight lines).
Animated graphics have to be in GIF format (not sure why).
Now that I look over the banner, I'm not too impressed (as stated above). Aelita should have been less opaque.

TheRealPhoenix: Thanks for the comments (I sound like a broken record but I do mean it). I hate animation. Give me steady, predictable Photoshop any day and leave the hated ImageReady alone (You know how long it took me to figure out how the copy layers and not have them link back to the original layer? I still can't do it regularly. *sighs*)

I'll give you my honest opinion...I love it...It looks awesome...But I think Aeilta could've been a bit less opaque maybe? Since I sometimes have trouble seeing Jeremie...Other than that...I love it...I would use it in my signiture but I have your other Yumi banner there....
