An idea for a site popped into my head in another thread.

What if WE wrote a Code Lyoko Series?

What I'm talking about is that a forum site could be made where we write oneshot fanfics that become "episodes" in a series.

Now, I know what you're probably thinking. "No way this could work; there'd be a songfic every 4 episodes and a slash fluff every 2nd."

I've thought of this, and I came up with a filter of sorts, a set of standasrd guidelines. For example:

-No major ship events (Yumi kisses Ulrich, etc.) until a reasonable point
-No epic events (XANA defeated, etc.) until the "season's" finale
-Story arcs will not be revealed until around 4 episodes from the finale (Because we don't want so many revelations that we have a season where everything is done in the course of 3 episodes)
-No deaths (Unless we're talking Hornets, Blocks, Megatanks and such)
-Many more

On top of that filter, a writer would have to submit their fic to one of two administarators, who will either OK it or reject it.

Now, I realize it would be cruel if there was an awesome fanfic, but it could not be considered a real episode of the site for one or more reasons, so the administrators could choose to put it in an "Unofficial Episodes" forum instead of just saying, "Your story break rules. Me trash your fic. You were pwned."

Who writes the fics themselves will be decided by whoever signs up to write first. For example, if Bob signed up first, then Lisa, then Billee, then Bob would write the first episode, Lisa the second, and Billee the third.

Some may say, "Aww, can't I write a songfic or poetry instead of an episode, 'cuz I'm good at that?" Well, you can, Other fanfics will not be considered episodeds, but fanfics in themselves. They get their own part in the site. Fanfics can also be linked there from fanfiction.net.
