I had my Period today. So that was why i threw up i guess. Anythoughts on how i should handle this?

Throwing up can be from cramps which is caused by your period. If it's your first time, by the way you made it sound it is, don't worry because it'll most likely start slow and go from there. If you need to talk about any more 'girly stuff' don't be afraid to pm me. I have about 5 years of experience.

As for the throwing up, I had a friend who always did on the first day of hers. It calmed down by our senior year, but for a few years she always skipped on the first day. Hopefully that won't happen for you.

My dad was actually the first to know. I made SURE of that. I ran into his classroom when I got it, and I ran up to him, and I whispered, I JUST GOT MY PERIOD loudly into his ear. And then, he got all annoyed and uncomfortable. And he's like, tell your mother. And then I told him that I couldn't reach her. So I demanded he go and get me some pads, but since he was in the middle of teaching, that didn't go over too well.

Now, we make him go and get our tampons for us. Every time he always says, Super? or SuperPlus? I think he likes getting them...

Ahaha...see, when I saw your orginal topic about this, this was what I suspected. xD But I didn't know how old you were/gender 'n stuff, so...yeah. xP

Don't worry about it, though! Even I'm in that club, mine started the day before junior high school, ugh. My mom wasn't home all day, to make it worse. And I knew what it meant at the time too, so I wasn't running around going 'OMG!!11' all day.

Like everyone else said, PM someone if you have any trouble about it. (probably not me, I get mine pretty bad so I don't know what the average case would be like. ^^;)

Apparently, in Greece, they have a party when this happens... *has relatives there*

here is the exact same advice i gave my friend. (i have had it for 2 years. boys if you are reading this i will harvest your eyeballs out with cafeteria sporks.)
-take Midol. it helps relieve cramps.
-carry a purse with TONS of tampons and pads.
-wear black or dark pants/skirt. just in case your pad leaks
-wear 2 pairs on underwear (same reason as above)
-stock up on the chocolate

I agree with all three things. Except the chocolate part. Unless you don't like chocolate, Vanilla always helped me.

okay this post just is a few more advice. (why'd i give the boys such an idiotic threat? who knows)
-rootbeer always helped my friend so maybe it will help you
-don't go emtionally crazy on people. it kinda freaks them out.
-see if your coach will excuse you from changing into p.e. uniform.
-relax. thinking about it makes it worse.
