Download the .zip file, extract the cursors to < C:/Windows/Cursors >. ( Your Windows drive might not be C: ) Then go to your OS below.
Step 1 (Windows XP): Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers
Step 1 (Windows Vista): Desktop -> Right Click -> Personalize -> Mouse Pointers
Step 2 (both): Select appropriate/preferred cursors (replace the old selections) and then save the cursor settings as "Xana" or a name of your choice.

4) Text font (I have an awesome style if you can't decide. It's able to fit in a lot of text and it's readable.)
5) Static text. (If you want to know what that is, look at the upper-left corner of Zaeryth's avatar.)
6) Frames? (I've never done this before, but how hard can it be? A frame would be like a border, either around the picture or the avatar itself.)
