This seriously is the longest week of all recorded history I want to flip out and throw something at someone and then that someone will be severely injured and go to the hospital but not sue me so I can laugh at them.

In other words: LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL RAWRGH

We are still doing schoolwork (I HAVE HOMEWORK FOR GOD'S SAKES!!) and still working as hard, if not harder, than before. Why? We grade until the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. Plus I don't get my report card unless I pay some ridiculous fine, but the guy I'm supposed to pay LEFT THE SCHOOL AND ISN'T COMING BACK and the YEARBOOKS AT MY SCHOOL ARE TWENTY-FOUR FREAKING DOLLARS AND EVERYTHING JUST SUCKS ROAR.

I seriously can not stand this week. The next 96 hours are going to be sheer torment baby nothing but work work work because school ain't out till 10:25 on Friday and we'll be DOING WORK THAT DAY TOO.

Help me, Rant forum that I know and love. Help me regain my sanity because I am about to TAKE IT AND THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW.

Step one: Go to the main office first thing tomorrow with the money you had to pay for your report card and try to work something out (the money is for just in case they want you to pay up front right then and there).
Step two: Try to do the work. If it's hot where you are and you really don't want to do the work, use the heat as an excuse. But try to subliminally find out what your parents think about this work (make them give you your answer without you asking the question). If they want you to do that work, then please try to do the work. Disobeying your parents isn't cool.
Step three: Pay the $24 for the yearbook. Mine cost $50 this year. Meaning people have it worse than you in that situation and it's not that big of a deal.

The most common reason staff give schoolwork during the home streach is because they fell behind during the year and are trying to catch up to the quota of what needs to be done for that year/quarter/week/whatever.

Wow, calm down. Day 1 is over. You only have 3 and a half days left by the sounds of it. You'll make it through. Once it's over, it's over, before you know it, the week will be over. And your last day is June 9th?!

That is AWESOME. I wish my last day of school had been June 9th. Because that is my birthday, and I never ever ever have school during my birthday. But, once it is summer, It's usually even more boring than school was. Well, for me at least.

First of all, I am sure there is someone in the office you can give the money to and that can get you your report card.

Secondly, I am with BB of C on the yearbook thing..The ones at my high school are 50 dollars too, which is why I am not even bothering to get one.

Are you taking finals? Because if you aren't, then that is probably why they are worling you right up until the end. And think of it this way - If you have any bad grades (and I am not saying that you do, this is just a point..) then that means you have until Friday to bring them up more because of all the work you are getting.

1. Just do the work, honestly and to the best of your ability.
2. It will pay off in grades and whatnot
3. Just pay the office for the fine...I am sure they can take care of that as well.

1. I do, it's just !@#$ ridiculous that they hand it out. Nobody even pays attention in class. I caught three people sleeping.

You know what's worse? My principal, who is basically captain #1 *sshat, published embarassing photos of my in the yearbook, from FIFTH GRADE, AND HE WASN'T EVEN IN MY SCHOOL. He makes it a point EVERY @!#$ING DAY TO HUMILIATE ME. He has to announce my name on the loudspeaker, !@#$ing SALUTE ME in the hallways, and he always says my name in the most loud, obnoxious, annoying, creepy voice. I'm sure the old jerk is some kind of pedophile. Why was he looking through pictures of a yearbook that HE SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE?!

Ugh. Like I said, with all those people seeing that, this is going to be the longest week ever.

I gotta go start the longest Tuesday ever.

360's overrated and overpriced you should wait for PS3 and compare before buying and the way your lucks running you'll probably get one of the defective ones

In case you didn't know it, kids have rights not to be harassed in school. I don't think he had a right to publish anything about you that you didn't want to have published.
Call the school board and complain in a nice way...Or call a law office and see if a kid has a right to sue....or call my lawyer...(540) 338-5600. and see if they will answer a "theoretical question".
BTW, you also have a right to switch schools if you need to. It's called "school of choice" or something like that.....

Ha, $24 for yearbook? $89 for mine. (with everything). This is my last week of school besides Exams. Then I can finally be a Senior. Yes, this week will go by super slow, but it's worth it.

Eh, let's see...$74 for the black-wihite books, $156 or something for color. x.x; Really, really stupid. Especially since my 2nd grade yearbook was...$8. xD Seems so far away...

...Uh, I will keep my mouth closed when it comes to grades, for two reasons:

1. I shouldn't complain. Ever. (With good reason)
2. Last time I thought about grades, I gave myself two weeks' worth of nightmares.
