So this Monday, unless h*ll breaks loose or CN dies, Code Lyoko will finally air Season 3 with the prequel episodes. As cool as this seems, it sucks that the French won't get it before the USA does.

The countdown begins for Season 3 to air at CN... but do you really, really feel hyped for Season 3? I felt more hyped for Season 2 than Season 3, in my opinion. There's something about Season 3 that doesn't make me feel so pumped about it... maybe the lack of advertising that many of us got shoved in our faces during Season 2. The advertising for Season 2 was so huge for France and USA that it would have been dumb for a CL fan to miss Season 2. Or perhaps this year there wasn't much to show as previews or Moonscoop has hid their stuff pretty well to not get it leaked around the Internet.

What's your take?

I'm expecting decent replies from you guys, not some hyper posts from people that go like ultra excited 24/7 or abuse the use of emoticons in a single post. A few of hyperness might be okay, but let's have a decent thread running here.

My approximate guess is that it'll air in Britain in 2008. It takes a while to air half of an American season, and we've been waiting many months for S2P2 (season 2 part 2) and there's no signs of any more airing for a looong time yet. Then we'll have to wait forever again after S2 is complete. Hence, 2008.

I think I was looking forward to season 2 more as well, to be honest. o_O I mean, there isn't really that many exciting things that we're expecting. Like Aelita's life on Earth and stuff.

Now to go drown my irritation in many, many candy sticks.

I feel exactly the same way...Maybe it's because I haven't seen CL in a while...And in that time I started to like a new show that I'm now obsessed with lol.
