Okay, this is the new S3 discussion thread for general talking about Season Three outside of the Episode Threads.

Well after watching the season in french.I seen things which are different .Odd seem of become more mature .Still having his funny side.Which is still great.Yumi has thought about her relatetionship with ulrich which is a good thing.Xana has become more powerful which is a good time as the show as starting to go down hill .Aeltia finally has a power(thank you, that's a big thing).This season is going to be good .I think.

I really like how Aelita got a new power in Season 3. I think its the coolest one out of all of them. (Other than Telekinesis.) Ummm, yesterdays episode Oct 5. When Aelita used her new power on the slug monster thing, she didn't hit the XANA icon. The monster just blew up anyways, which I thought was awesome.

Aelita is one of my favorite characters, and I like how she gets stronger in the new seasons. Also, hopefully we'll see more Franz Hopper. Maybe, we'll even get to see Jeremie on Lyoko.

Well yes, basically from information I've heard on Season 4, it's mostly about Franz....either their talking about him surrounded his grave....
Ok...morbid thought there!

I can't stop talking about it! I love the way their changed Jeremy's voice! (I HATED his voice in S2. I hate nerdy voices...especially when their deep.)
And his voice doesn't bother one bit in S3! :3 (Did Sharon change the pitch?)
Though I admit....I hear some of Aelita's voice in Jeremy's. So that confirms he's played by the same actress as Aelita!

Sissy's voice was a little deep too...Maybe since they changed grades theirs getting older? Ah...I don't know!
Aelita's voice was a little...OFF in Sector 5 on "Straight to Heart. It scared me...and Yumi...she just changed pitch a little bit once in awhile.
But other than that I LOVE the way they changed CodeLyoko in S3. No more "Help me!" Aelita screaming...and hopefully no Jeremy screaming either.

(Anybody have a script? I was lost on a couple of things on yesterdays episode...they talk so fast!)

The comedy is getting better. (If that was possible, I nearly broke a rib in S2... )

The monsters are developing personalities...small ones. Which is a little bit disturbingly funny. Odd is getting responsible...?!? And mature...Ulrich is...getting moodier. (I would too if my boyfriend did that to me, so I know how Ulrich feels, plus...YUMI SAID THEY WERE TOGETHER!!! xXXD )

Though, in Sissy's case. For some reason, I get the feeling like she's going to play a BIG role in this Season.)

Jim...and his "I'd rather not talk about." line is getting funnier by the minute. And I'm scared at the thought of him having long curly hair...

*Scottish accent* SHEILD YOUR EYES CHILDREN!

Kiwi was cute to me...until the prequel. I saw a shot of him and my dog whimpered...SERIOUSLY. I'm not joking! But Kiwi is cute when acting....

Is it me...or did Sissy get taller? And Herb...got dorkee-er Nicholas got....well Nicholas is Nicholas, doesn't really change. Oh yea, why does Sissy even consider hanging out with them?

I'm liking Jeremies voice in S3 a lot now. When they were doing the first part of the prequel, Jeremie sounded too much like Aelita, and it bugged me. Now though, his voice is awesome. Woo-hoo.

I find his voice rather cute. I mean...it's a little girly, but not like it was in Teddy Gozilla, where it sounded completly like a girl's. You can hear a little of Aelita in it, though. Just a tiny bit, on certain words and stuff. It made me smile...
HE IS SO CUTE!!!
Plus it makes sence. I mean, how old is he? 13? Um, hello, puberty anyone? Of course his voice goes low, to high, to low to high...oh...he's so adorable.

Jeremy has changed in the past seasons, in S1 I think he his voice changed 3 times? In S2 it was horrible...(to me) and S3 JUST RIGHT to me.

For the people who do not like his new voice:

What would you rather have?

Herbs voice for Jeremy's? Or Nicholas's? OR the one he currently has in S3?
(Or Ulrich's. Barbara did say she signed up for Jeremy's voice but got Ulrich's part instead)

Jeremie's S2 voice was better, but I think I'll get used to this one.

Does anyone know the time (not the dates) that the French eps air? (In GMT, preferably).

I've only been able to catch a bit of one episode. From what I can gather Jeremie's voice has become a woman's, Ulrich's is getting there, Aelita throws fireballs, and Yumi is playing with Ulrich and Williams emotions. I must have missed something, but it looked like the first season with a few details changed.

Ya think? Shows always change details when they go from season to season. (Look at TeenTitans. A lot of things change in my view point..

Like I said, I was only able to catch part of one episode. What I mean, though, is that what I saw looked like "business as usual" with a few details different. In other words, it could have been transplanted into the first season with a little tweaking.

I have to give some good points and bad points to the CL creators (praise to them). On one hand, Aelita isn't so helpless anymore, and she CAN be killed on Lyoko, meaning the others don't have to protect her as much. Also, XANA's becoming more insideous in his attacks, actually working actively to prevent the cast of the show to reach Carthage.

However, on the minus side, Odd's more emo, less flirting, Not enough Sissi ( I like sissi. WHAT??!?), too much William (yes, he was only in one episode so far. That's still too much) and NOT ENOUGH MONSTERS EXPLODING!!!

I put in my two cents. how about you guys?

I like the direction that CL is heading in also.

After season 2 I was afraid that the show was going to become much less Lyoko-Oriented, but boy was I wrong. They found a good way to keep Lyoko in it, and to keep us interested. (OOH.... The heart of Lyoko... AHH...)

One complaint, the are putting 3-d animation in the real world now,
eg: end of XANA awakens part 2, zoom-in on door.

In my opinion, this is unnecessary. But other than that, all fears of the slight but steady decline of this show have been terminated.

(I mean seriously, after season 2, didn't you think that season 3 might have been a little less intriguing.) I think it took a lot of good thinking to keep the show heading upward.

PS: I thought that showing the prequel was a great thing. We could have known that Jim once worked in Canada in season, but we now know why we didn't know back then. (I don't want to talk about it)

ROFL...and I thought I wasn't a fan of William.

There's been no appearance of Milly or Tamiya to date, I believe. I'm wondering where they've gotten to...and I'm hoping they bring them back. ^^

Other than that though, no complaints about season 3 here. I'm loving it (and Jeremie's official voice)! ^.^
