Actually, I've been getting a *total* Odd/Aelita vibe from the episodes... but then again, same goes for William/Yumi. The twangy music has betrayed me! It's sending mixed signals!

I have to admit to being doubtful... Emily was nuts about Ulrich last we saw her. Which was what, TWO SEASONS AGO? The only thing Emily's gotten is mini-cameos in the second season. Bad writers, bad!

But then again, the writers seem to be doing everything they can to throw us for a loop. The third season, to me, just isn't as great as it seemed to be...

*coughs* But that's off-topic.

Point is, that means Emily would have to be over Ulrich, which was, like, all we saw of her character... although they could have been going, "ZOMG! It's genius! They'll think we were pointing to this all along!"

And permanence is NOT one of Odd's virtues. Permanent for him is probably a girlfriend that lasts more than a week.

Well, perhaps (and this comes from a story I read) she's trying to make Odd jelous. I did hear that once.

Anyways, maybe she's learned her lesson from Ulrich that throwing yourself at someone is bad taste.

I suppose what else bothers me is that they only show positive interaction when their lifes are in danger. Otherwise it's deconstructive. That positive attention could build to a better relationship, but what with the constant return to the pasts...

Exactly. But the main reason why we who support the pairing were so riled up is because we were given a screenshot of Sissi leaning down to kiss odd. Natrually, (since this was about a month or two before we saw the episode) we of the OXSi shippers lept on that like a pack of wolves on the last sick caribou on the planet. We saw it as the final clinching proof that Odd and Sissi were meant to be together. However, the reality was quite different, as we all know.

Yeah, that ticks off TB3 too. I think he said something along the lines of how every time there's character development, the white light erases it.

Yeah, the early part of S3 has put quite the damper on OxS shipping. She's falling back into her S1 ignorant and angry roots. It makes it harder to root for her having a successful (or at least, since OxS is rather non-traditional 'interesting,') relationship. Hopfully we get a more S2 style Sissi in upcoming eps.

I'm not getting what other folks are getting about Emily from ep 57, I seem to have missed something. We'll have that clarified in the local version by wednessday, and be sure of whats going on. As was said, even if he is seeing somebody else, this is Odd, it can be over by next week's ep.

Oh yeah, I'm a rather long time OxS shipper in case it wasn't apperently.

I don't know, she only seemed "S1" in "Lyoko Minus One", her appearance in "Straight to Heart" really wasn't mean and "XANA Attacks" doesn't count since it took place before S1. I'm sure she'll get better as the season goes on.

Hey, didn't you pay attention to my last post? EmilyOdd is not a couple, the part about them dating was a mistranslation of sorts. She shows up in the episode and rejects him (as does Heidi, who you just mentioned) and Odd figures that it's because his feet stink and goes about the rest of the episode trying to get this problem cured.

Is it just me or do all of the episodes lately seem to have plots that hinge around stuff that happen to Odd or running jokes with him? Do they have different writers this season or something?
