Actually, I do agree with that. He's been more annoying and less funny. And sometimes just plain weird (a Tamagotchi? *Honestly*!).

Is it just me or do all of the episodes lately seem to have plots that hinge around stuff that happen to Odd or running jokes with him? Do they have different writers this season or something?

Well, 'Aelita' certainly wasn't the "It's over, OxS is finished" moment some were predicting. He just asked girls about dates he'd had in the past. I don't buy the OxA noise either, as I said in ep. discussion, if Odd wanted Aelita, he wouldn't have defended Jeremie's intentions when he came to the hermitage.
So far it's not like us OxS fans have any overwhelming evidence either, though.
The main evidence is a one off subplot in S2, we could use some support. Wonder if anything will even occur this season pointing it in that direction.

Well, if the OxA fans' fics are to be belived
Anyway, Part of what contributes to my belief OxS will happen is that he's painted himself into a corner with every gal at the school other'n the ones mentioned. (And presumably wrecked all his outside relationships too.) It's partially out of his habits, partically because of the online incident, etc. Like I said, we need some kind of evidence this season before we can really start cheering for it, though.

I love this couple with a passion. And it's not because there my two fave people on the show,it's just more conflicting and harder then Yumi/Ulrich and Aelita/Jerms. for all the (not very much) episode i've seen, theu just click in my head like a clock.
i love drawing both of them and reading fanficies about them,but most of all i just love how the fight!!
Odd/aelita has to be my fave 2nd Odd pairing,I haven't seen the ep with sam yet.

not rally,i mean if you think about it,she hasn't one anything "evil" this season,show she's starting to grow out of her (as you say) "evil" state.
people grow older,they regret how they treated people,they might even like people they never would have talked to in highschool and middle school(like my aunt and uncle,my aunt was a perfect snobby rich girl as my uncle put her as and he was the high school drop out with no future,they hated each other in those times)

Oh, my, I've gone and fallen in love with your avatar. Did you make it yourself? It's oh-so lovely. Gotta love animation. What episode is that screenshot from?
I think the biggest support for Odd/Sissi was that online mishap, and even the resolution can't really backtrack it. If Odd and Sissi liked each other online, what's so different about liking each other in person? The only conclusion I can draw is that Odd and Sissi each gave the other the wrong impression of them online- in other words, they lied about certain qualities. Otherwise, one would think that Odd would persue Sissi, if she truly fulfilled all the aspects of his 'dream girl'.

Well, there were certain pressures on him at the time. Despite what Odd's GPA is, he isn't stupid. He knows that it would be too awkward, knowing that Sissi would be the girl of his dreams. And given the opinions of the others in the prequel (which he probably remembers) he would know that pursuing her would alienate him from the rest of the group, perhaps permanently. Ulrich and Yumi would be furious, and Aelita would be at the bare minimum miffed, as she has had her share of cruelties by Sissi.
