Why not? Their intro song is sung by those little girly idiots from that Hi Hi Puffy Amiyumi Show and the show itself looks pretty childish. People said it went to hell after Season 4. 1000 won't be enough. And it won't only just depend on CN, also the producers and creators and writers of that show as well. If they had enough with doing TT, then the fans of mentioned show wouldn't be anything to get the show back, unless you and others buy the license and rights of the show and do whatever you want with it.

Yes. It's a stop motion anmiation/claymation parody show. Some of the comedy is as dull as a butterknife.
