Will Franz Hopper be recovered?

I suspect he most likely will. He'll probably tell the group everything they need to know to fight XANA on the Internet. After all, he knows about XANA more than anyone.

I doubt he'll be recovered quickly. He might just keep sending messages from various parts of the Net for a couple of seasons

What really happened to Aelita's mother?

I am itching to know this one...what part does Aelita's mother play in all this...and what exactly did Franz Hopper get in trouble for? Was it seriously so much trouble that he was willing to go to a virtual world forever? That's totally crazy...

I believe everyone wants to know the awnser to this question. I mean, she just faded away...it's bothering me. I want to know the complete story of Aelita's life before she went to Lyoko. I believe another prequel is in order...please don't show one of those monochrome snapshot slideshow memories! Full Motion Video, people!!

I've noticed that! XANA never gives up!

He's tried more than 53 times to take over the world, and take out the group.

He hasn't won each individual battle, but he occasionnally gets a small victory that ends up in the big picture...

Let's see, in the first season: XANA kept Aelita linked to the supercomputer by taking her memories from her.

In the second season: He managed to take the rest of Aelita's memory and escape from the supercomputer.

In the third season: He destroyed Lyoko, He took a life, and thinks he can just do whatever he wants!!

He's just made it harder for the group to beat him this time around.

Just because you win the battle doesn't mean you win the war. XANA may have gotten some small victories-- and I'll admit, he got a pretty major one at the end of season 3-- but the Lyoko gang is far from beaten. They've always fought him every step of the way.

It's interesting how I never know what to expect from Code Lyoko, but I'm ALWAYS at the edge of my seat during the finalies!

Did you notice that most of the Season 3 episodes ended with a cliff hanger?

Jeremie: We have no other way to fight XANA now...the whole world is in danger!

Ulrich: It's impossible even to imagine it...

Aelita: I was really hoping I'd get to see my father again...

Speaking of which does it look like to anybody else that their 2D version of XANAm there has an energy field like attack going between his hands?

Those. look. AWESOME! I can't believe nobody spotted them earlier (though given XanaWilliam is present, it's probably just as well).

Aside from mild regret that Aelita's outfit isn't more fanservicey, the only real disspointment is the fact that there is still no Jeremy Virtual Form.

Yes, I have noticed that they do look a bit older.

This is going to take some getting used to. Looks more futuristic at first sight, something you'd see in "Galactic Battle". It just has this certain feeling to it...but I love it none the less.

I love how they've done this. I guess you could say:

Same XANA.

Same Game.

We've just changed the rules...

It looks like a whole different ball game!
