Actually, atleast much different to the past couple of years where I never bothered, I have a reason to do some dress-up this halloween. Long story short my cousin's 'soon-to-be' wife is big on halloween so they are getting married ON halloween and everyone is going to be dressing up for the occasion in halloween attire as it were. Even the preacher is going as Barney Rubble to put a spin on things.

Anyways, I am supposed to play 'camera caddy' for my other cousin who is going to do all the picture taking so despite my original objection against doing any dressing up this halloween, I was forced into it. After some lengthy chit-chat about it over at LyokoMUSH one night, someone put up the idea of going as Jeremie. The ideas has always fascinated me PLUS I pretty much match except for the hair. Sadly, I never thought my mom would approve.

WELL, I was proven wrong. I brought up the idea earlier tonight and even displayed a show screenshot for her and she gave me the thumbs up and even said she was gonna go out and get the blonde hair dye/spray I needed to make it complete. So yeah, this halloween I am going as Jeremie for sure. Got the basic clothing already. Even have the laptop and 'messenger bag'. I'm even gonna go so far as to set up appropriate images and sounds and GUI and whatnot on the laptop to make it that much more complete. Final thing is the hair color really. And that is already put into motion now really.

And of course, I'll make sure to get photos for yall seeing as this is the first publically known cosplay of Jeremie.

After a conversation with my friends a few days ago, I decided to abandon my idea of going as Mr. Crocker this year as I've worn the outfit twice already. At the moment I working on going as the ultimate zombie slayer of all time next to Ash from Evil Dead and Shaun of Shaun of the Dead fame.

Actually, I've always wanted to dress as an ape and just run up and down my streets scaring little children. I mostley got that idea from "night monkey", which was a skit on Jackass. Unfortunatley, I don't have the money or energy to find and get an ape costume, so, maybe next year.

In Peru, Halloween royally suck *ss. Although, at some nightclubs, Halloween is celebrated.

But what mostly is a tradition by October 31st at Peru is this event, the "Day of Criolla Song" (Día de la Canción Criolla) is more celebrated here. Halloween got on Peru since the 70's or 80's, but it plain sucks here. USA is an ideal country to celebrate such event.

Meh, I'm quite broke right now, so I didn't went anywhere.

You got a point there with the "show your pictures" as in just showing your costumes. But usually, most people would end up showing their pictures having themselves wearing the Halloween costume.

In the end, it's a matter of free will if they post their picture wherever they want to.

I actually went to a friend's Halloween party. I was a random Matrix rebel. Basically, I wore dark clothes (I have nothing in black), wore sunglasses, and she let me borrow her black trenchcoat.
