What shows should be ON Cartoon network?

Anything goes here, so long as it's clean and follows standard forum rules.

I don't love 1 or 3 but 2 is a different story.

- Pucca (it's too cute not to love)
- Red vs. Blue (can they even do that?)
- Read or Die the TV (was on Tech Tv/G4, but they don't do anime anymore)
- Last Exile (another refugee fromG4)
- Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi (last call fro G4 refugees!)
- Celebrity Deathmatch (the originals, not the recent ones)

There's probably some I'm forgetting, but I've been wracking my brain from shows airing since 1999, and this is what I came up with.

I miss Animaniacs. The Nick version was lame.[/b]

OH! Thought of another! Now that Kim Possible is over on Disney Channel (from what I've heard; haven't been into the show really until recently), wouldn't it be cool if CN picked it up and continued it, maybe advanced the timeline a bit, too?

Actually, Kim Possible has been renewed by Disney for a 4th season (which will be set after "So the Drama"), that should be premiering soon. If you like, I can find you some links to information on season 4. :)

That's good to know. The movie sorta made everything seem final, I guess, so I thought there was no more after that. Thanks MEw, oh you in the know.

Here are the shows that I really would love to see CN put on but chance of that happening is very slime to none.

Full Metal Panic!- Great mech show with humor and action to fill anyones need.

Hellsing OVA- Vampires, blood, and more blood. Great plot and theres a good chance this show would boost the ratings.

Appleseed the movie- Plot is awsome, characters are easy to like.

Batman- Who doesn't love the dark knight?

Sakura Wars- Humor, mech battles, and characters that will make you laugh.

Read or Die- I know it's been brought up already but this show rocks hard.

Code Lyoko- Need I say more?

Ya I didn't know that. But movie friday on CN is killed off by stupid movies. Not to be rude to anyone that thinks other wise, but come on. I remember when friday night on CN movies like DBZ or anything else was played.

*coughs* Back on topic now.

Rebot- Classic there.

I agree. Just imagine CL with more "pressurized romance" and a lot more violence. Dump the kids under 10 who watch CL. I believe that when they turn 10 is when they start understanding more why things run how they do. An AS CL.

Anyways, leave FLCL on! FLCL is hilarious! If only they'd make some new f****** episodes!!

Hah, because the movie for that was intended to end the series. It was a surprise to more than just the fans when the network finally came through and said 'this is big enough for us that we want another season.' I commend the direction they're going to take too, not ignoring the movie's rather big changes in some places and letting that play out since they admitted continuity was a big strength of the show now compared to early seasons. Rumor mill orriginally said October but that fell thorough and now the earliest I've seen estimated is 2007. Thanks to Disney's spectacular schedueling and publicity (and I'm talking 'HAY GUYS, LYOKO STARTS IN 4 DAYS, HOPE YOU WERE PAYING ATTENTION' bad here,) we probably won't know until somebody just already happens to see it start airing.

They won't. FLCL was just Gainax blowing off steam at each other so as to avoid their breakup. A six episode series works well for the frentic nature of the show anyway. I'm not sure they could've justifiably stretched the insanity for even a 13 episode run, much less the full 26 of a typical season. Besides, you want more Gainax crank, watch Evangelion or Abenobashi.

Took care of the double post ^^;

Anyway, I third the Hamtaro remark xD; That, and Samurai Jack which was listed earlier, as well as several of their older, in-house cartoons (like the original generation of Dexter's Lab).
