How do you think Aelita would act if Jeremie fought on Lyoko? Because let's face it, she's probably always felt reassured by the fact that he's at the computer heading the whole thing. How do you think she'd feel if he was out fighting alongside Yumi, Ulrich, and Odd?

Actually in that scenario I can see Aelita being the one manning the computer. After all, she isn't a "must virtualise" anymore with no towers left and she's the only other group member computer savvy enough.

So, she'll be scared for him, but at least she'll be able to watch over him the way he usually does her.

I've thought the thought that Jeremy going into Lyoko is..GOOD and BAD. For Xana and Jeremy's mental health. ^_^

But that's just me.

Now how would Aelita react...Hmm....well hopefully she won't be like Sissy thinking he's a knight in shining armour. I'd think it'd be cute and embarrassing for me for some Odd reason. I've always felt squeamish about JxA moments.
