Remember in Episode 50, "Contact," when Franz Hopper took control of Sissi and she began speaking in code? Well, in case you haven't noticed, it sounded a lot like she was talking backwards, so I decided to backtrack the words and here's what happened. (Just ignore the other characters' voices; Sissi is at the very end of each one.)

One question. What program did you use to reverse Sissi's reversed words? My operating system is Windows ME and I only have Windows Movie Maker 1 which doesn't have any good features--including this feature of working with audio in clips which would be a very useful feature as I would be able to use audio from certain clips and use them for other clips.

Chosen_One probably used 'Audacity' as the morphing software Astro XANA - I use it myself - in fact for kicks I played myself saying the exact same stuff Sissi did and then reversed it to hear myself spouting the exact same nonsense gibberish .

Regarding the file, we noticed that 'reversed dialogue' last year...I think Mewberries put up a similar file of Sissi reversed - heh, always gives me a kick to hear Jodi as 'Sissi' saying stuff related to Franz and Lyoko

I think I was the first one to post a reversed file on that subject. I only posted her from the auditorium because the others said the same thing. I wasn't the first to notice the backwards stuff, only the first to post a file. It's weird, it sounds funny too! It dosne't sound like Franz Hopper in Sissi's body saying those things, it sounds like Sissi herself

Because it is - Franz can't change Sissi's vocal chords can he.

And why reverse her - because it's simple to do, sounds like gibberish, and saves the actor having to spout off nonsense words - it also sounds freakin' cool!

If I were to import a wmv file (an episode) into Audacity (which I already have installed), when I click play in Audacity, I do not hear any audio (voices and background music that pertain to that episode). Instead, it is all squeaky. So what I need is a program that will enable me to rip audio out of any clips pertaining to CL episodes. But then if I wish to edit the audio in Audacity, I would have to convert the ripped audio into a format that Audacity will be able to import and play.

That's because wmv is the Windows Movie format. It isn't audio at all. I recorded the voice first and then I backtracked it.

Anyways, I was kind of hoping that Moonscoop decided to put in something completely random and backtrack it hoping that nobody would notice and then we would hear something completely unrelated to the episode.

But the recording feature in Windows Movie Maker for me doesn't work at all. Also, I do not have any video devices (which might be the problem as well). But as for now, could you go to the Technical Discussion section and reply to my topic titled "I have a problem opening up a couple of programs" because I have a problem opening up a couple of programs (Inkscape and Microsoft Word)?

Aw, nevermind, you don't get it. Franz Hopper would be used to using vocal cords differently, like a different accent if you will, but that sounded EXACTLY like sissi with no accent. That's because they didn't count on people with no lives reversing the file did they?

Well, Franz must be manipulating Sissi's brain rather than her vocal chords, which means that he must be telling her brain to say "I can help you. I want to enter into contact with you. I'm Franz Hopper," which means that the brain is using Sissi's own knowledge to speak, which means that her accent is being used to say the words. Ever noticed that whenever XANA possesses someone, his/her accent doesn't change when s/he talks? Franz Hopper's words just came out backwards, that's all.

GOOD point. That makes sense. But if this weren't the case and it was like Ulrich in Kiwi's body in the season 3 episode then I think Sissi would've sounded different.

Yeah, and Quantum Ghost or not,... can't really say brain, so... Ulrich's mind wouls still be wired for Ulrich's voice.
